Fun Cam Games (funcamgames.com) được vận hành bởi XNOR Group Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) — bên kiểm soát dữ liệu ("chúng tôi"). Liên hệ về quyền riêng tư: funcamgames@xnorgroup.com.
1. 📷 Camera và dữ liệu chuyển động — xử lý 100% trên thiết bị của bạn
Đây là điều quan trọng nhất bạn cần biết:
- Không một khung hình video nào rời khỏi thiết bị của bạn. Hình ảnh từ camera được xử lý trực tiếp trong trình duyệt bằng công nghệ nhận diện tư thế (MediaPipe) chạy ngay trên máy của bạn.
- Chúng tôi không thu thập, không lưu trữ, không truyền đi bất kỳ video, ảnh chụp hay toạ độ tư thế (pose landmarks) nào. Các toạ độ này chỉ tồn tại trong bộ nhớ trình duyệt trong tích tắc để điều khiển trò chơi, rồi bị loại bỏ.
- Camera tự tắt khi bạn thoát trò chơi hoặc đóng trang.
- Điểm số và biệt danh trên bảng xếp hạng chỉ lưu trên thiết bị của bạn (localStorage), không gửi lên máy chủ.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Chúng tôi thu thập tối thiểu, chỉ khi bạn tạo tài khoản hoặc mua game:

Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập: video/hình ảnh camera, dữ liệu tư thế, số thẻ thanh toán (Stripe xử lý toàn bộ — xem mục 5), vị trí, danh bạ, số điện thoại, mã định danh quảng cáo.
Chúng tôi có dùng Google Analytics để thống kê cách trang web được sử dụng (số lượt truy cập, trang phổ biến) ở mức tổng hợp, ẩn danh IP, không phục vụ quảng cáo. Cookie phân tích chỉ được đặt sau khi bạn đồng ý qua banner — xem mục 4 và 5.
3. Mục đích và cơ sở pháp lý (GDPR Điều 6)
- Thực hiện hợp đồng — cung cấp tài khoản, xử lý mua hàng, cấp quyền chơi game.
- Nghĩa vụ pháp lý — lưu hồ sơ giao dịch tài chính theo luật kế toán/thuế.
- Lợi ích chính đáng — bảo mật hệ thống, chống gian lận thanh toán.
4. Cookie và lưu trữ cục bộ
Cookie/lưu trữ thiết yếu cho hoạt động luôn bật. Cookie phân tích (Google Analytics) chỉ bật sau khi bạn đồng ý qua banner; nếu bạn chưa chọn hoặc từ chối, Google Analytics chạy ở chế độ không cookie (Consent Mode) và không đặt cookie phân tích nào:

5. Bên xử lý dữ liệu và bên thứ ba
- Stripe (stripe.com) — xử lý toàn bộ thanh toán. Bạn nhập thông tin thẻ trực tiếp trên trang của Stripe; chúng tôi không bao giờ nhìn thấy hay lưu số thẻ của bạn. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Stripe.
- Amazon Web Services — hạ tầng lưu trữ và xác thực (Cognito, DynamoDB, CloudFront), đặt tại vùng us-east-1 (Hoa Kỳ), dữ liệu được mã hoá khi lưu trữ và truyền tải.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, Hoa Kỳ) — thống kê sử dụng tổng hợp khi bạn đồng ý. Đã bật ẩn danh IP, tắt Google Signals và cá nhân hoá quảng cáo. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
- CDN tải thư viện: cdn.jsdelivr.net (thư viện MediaPipe), storage.googleapis.com (mô hình nhận diện tư thế), fonts.googleapis.com/fonts.gstatic.com (phông chữ). Các máy chủ này nhận địa chỉ IP của bạn như mọi yêu cầu web thông thường, nhưng không nhận bất kỳ dữ liệu camera hay dữ liệu cá nhân nào khác.
6. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài
Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu trên máy chủ AWS tại Hoa Kỳ. Với người dùng trong EU/EEA, việc chuyển dữ liệu dựa trên các Điều khoản Hợp đồng Chuẩn (SCCs) mà AWS và Stripe cung cấp.
7. Thời gian lưu trữ và xoá dữ liệu
- Tài khoản: lưu đến khi bạn xoá. Bạn có thể tự xoá tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng (menu Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản).
- Hồ sơ mua hàng: sau khi xoá tài khoản, hồ sơ giao dịch được ẩn danh hoá (không còn gắn với danh tính của bạn) và chỉ giữ lại phần tối thiểu theo nghĩa vụ kế toán.
- Phiên thanh toán chưa hoàn tất: tự xoá sau 48 giờ. Bản ghi kỹ thuật đối soát: tự xoá sau 30 ngày.
8. Quyền của bạn
Theo GDPR (Điều 15–21), CCPA/CPRA (California) và Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP (Việt Nam, Điều 9), bạn có quyền: truy cập, nhận bản sao, chỉnh sửa, xoá, hạn chế và phản đối việc xử lý dữ liệu của mình.
- Tải dữ liệu của tôi — ngay trong ứng dụng: menu Tài khoản → Tải dữ liệu của tôi (file JSON).
- Xoá tài khoản — ngay trong ứng dụng: menu Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản.
- Hoặc email funcamgames@xnorgroup.com — chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày. Bạn cũng có quyền khiếu nại lên cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại nơi bạn sinh sống.
9. Trẻ em
Trò chơi phù hợp cho cả gia đình, nhưng việc tạo tài khoản và mua game yêu cầu người từ 18 tuổi trở lên hoặc có sự đồng ý và giám sát của cha mẹ/người giám hộ. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em; các game miễn phí chơi được mà không cần tài khoản và không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân nào. Trước bước thanh toán có cổng xác nhận dành cho người lớn.
10. Bảo mật
Toàn bộ kết nối dùng HTTPS/TLS. Token đăng nhập không lưu trong bộ nhớ dài hạn của trình duyệt; phiên được bảo vệ bằng cookie HttpOnly. Dữ liệu lưu trữ được mã hoá. Hệ thống có giám sát và cảnh báo tự động cho các sự kiện thanh toán bất thường.
11. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang và thông báo trong ứng dụng. Phiên bản mới có hiệu lực kể từ ngày đăng.

1. 📷 Camera & motion data — processed 100% on your device
This is the most important thing to know:
- Not a single video frame ever leaves your device. Camera images are processed directly in your browser by on-device pose-detection technology (MediaPipe).
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any video, snapshots, or pose coordinates (landmarks). Pose coordinates exist only momentarily in your browser's memory to control the game, then are discarded.
- The camera turns off when you leave a game or close the page.
- Leaderboard scores and nicknames are stored only on your device (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers.
2. Data we collect
We collect the minimum, and only when you create an account or buy a game:

We do NOT collect: camera video/images, pose data, payment card numbers (Stripe handles all card data — see section 5), location, contacts, phone numbers, or advertising identifiers.
We do use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (visits, popular pages) at an aggregate, IP-anonymised level, not for advertising. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent via the banner — see sections 4 and 5.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Performance of a contract — providing your account, processing purchases, granting game access.
- Legal obligation — retaining financial transaction records under accounting/tax law.
- Legitimate interests — system security and payment-fraud prevention.
4. Cookies and local storage
Storage that is strictly necessary or functional is always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you consent via the banner; if you have not chosen or you decline, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode (Consent Mode) and sets no analytics cookies:

5. Processors and third parties
- Stripe (stripe.com) — processes all payments. You enter card details directly on Stripe's page; we never see or store your card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and authentication infrastructure (Cognito, DynamoDB, CloudFront) in region us-east-1 (USA); data encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — aggregate usage statistics when you consent. IP anonymisation is on; Google Signals and ad personalisation are off. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Library CDNs: cdn.jsdelivr.net (MediaPipe library), storage.googleapis.com (pose-detection model), fonts.googleapis.com/fonts.gstatic.com (fonts). These servers receive your IP address as part of any normal web request, but never receive camera data or any other personal data.
6. International transfers
Account data is stored on AWS servers in the United States. For EU/EEA users, transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) offered by AWS and Stripe.
7. Retention and deletion
- Account: kept until you delete it. You can delete your account directly in the app (Account menu → Delete account).
- Purchase records: after account deletion, transaction records are de-identified (no longer linked to your identity) and only the minimum is retained to meet accounting obligations.
- Incomplete checkout sessions: auto-deleted after 48 hours. Technical reconciliation records: auto-deleted after 30 days.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR (Arts. 15–21), the CCPA/CPRA (California), and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP (Art. 9), you have the right to access, receive a copy of, correct, delete, restrict, and object to the processing of your data.
- Download my data — in the app: Account menu → Download my data (JSON file).
- Delete account — in the app: Account menu → Delete account.
- Or email funcamgames@xnorgroup.com — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live.
9. Children
The games are family-friendly, but creating an account and making purchases requires you to be 18 or older, or to have the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; the free games can be played without an account and collect no personal data. A grown-ups-only confirmation gate precedes any payment step.
10. Security
All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Sign-in tokens are never kept in the browser's persistent storage; sessions are protected with HttpOnly cookies. Stored data is encrypted. The system has automated monitoring and alerting for unusual payment events.
11. Changes to this policy
For material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and give notice in the app. The new version takes effect on the date of posting.
